ESO Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: ESO) (the "Company") announced that the Company has received an Order dated March 9, 2009 from the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta extending the date for the Company's next AGM until April 10, 2009. The Company has issued a Notice of Meeting and set the AGM on April 9, 2009. The last AGM of the Company was held on June 26, 2007, and Alberta corporations are required to hold annual general meetings at least every 15 months, as also required by TSX Venture Exchange policy.
