ESO Uranium announces Flow-Through Financing |

Vancouver, Canada, December 15, 2006: ESO Uranium Corp. (ESO:TSX-V) ("the Company") is pleased to announce a private placement consisting of 2,300,000 flow-through shares ("FT Shares") at a price of $0.90 per FT Share for proceeds of $2,070,000. The Company has agreed to pay a 7% finders fee in cash and issue agent's compensation options ("Agent's Options") equal to 10% of the number of FT Shares sold. Each Agent's Option is exercisable for 12 months at $0.90 per share.
The proceeds of the financing will be used to incur qualifying exploration expenses on the Company's mineral properties in northern Saskatchewan. All securities are subject to a four month hold period.
