Vancouver, British Columbia, June 23, 2005. Essendon Solutions Inc. (the "Company") announced that the name of the Company shall be changed to "ESO Uranium Corp." effective June 27, 2005. The change of name is not associated with a consolidation or split of the common shares of the Company and the trading symbol will continue to be "ESO".
